  • Choice of target sequence and siRNA design
  • Cell line and cell culture system
  • Transfection conditions
  • Accumulation and replacement ratio of target gene mRNA
  • Target protein half-life
  • Accurate detection of mRNA- and protein-levels, and cell phenotype

Chemically-synthetic RNAi service
Our RNAi services based on chemically-synthetic siRNAs include:

  • siRNA design: customer provides target gene name, sequence or GeneBank ID, etc.;
  • siRNA synthesis;
  • siRNA transfection into mammalian cells according to the customer’s specifications; 
  • Test of inhibitory effect: the mRNA expression is detected by RT-PCR, the protein expression is detected by Western Blot;
  • Provision of experimental reports: siRNA sequence, RT-PCR test reports, Western Blot pictures, and so on. 

Vector-based RNAi Service
Our RNAi services based on vector-expressed shRNAs include:

  • shRNA design: customer provides target gene name, sequence or GeneBank ID, etc.;
  • shRNA synthesis; 
  • Choice of shRNA vector: for instance, pGPU6/GFP/Neo or pGPH1/GFP/Neo;
  • Construction of shRNA vector;
  • Vector transfection into mammalian cells according to the customer’s specifications;
  • Test of inhibitory effect: the mRNA expression is detected by RT-PCR, the protein expression is detected by Western Blot;
  • Provision of experimental reports: shRNA sequence, sequencing report of the constructed vector, RT-PCR test reports, Western Blot pictures, and so on.
